*Professional Background:*

I grew up in Jharkhand and traveled to Bangalore for my engineering studies. My job assignments have taken me all over India, providing unforgettable experiences in managing people, bosses, and understanding diverse cultures and beliefs. Every 50-100 kilometers, the language, culture, and food habits change, highlighting the social differences across India.

I started my professional corporate journey in New Delhi with a modest salary of Rs.1500/-. Over 18 years, I rose to the VP level, with a total career spanning 30 years in the service industry, OEM, e-commerce, and FMCG industries. These years were exciting and rewarding, despite the challenges of working with multiple bosses, many of whom were dictatorial. This experience shaped my unique leadership style, with its own mix of stress and pleasure.

In 2017, I faced a brutal layoff following the closure of my organization. Finding a senior profile job was difficult due to the tough phase the industry was going through. After a break of one and a half years, I was fortunate to find a job. I worked for a year before deciding to reclaim my life. In 2019, I took an assignment as a Business Consultant in my hometown, helping a business house in Patna drive their businesses across Bihar.

After a nine-month break in July 2024, I embarked on a new journey, Mansh Sinha 3.0, through ManishAdda. I am now a career, leadership, life, and business coach for individual professionals and business houses seeking support and guidance on their professional journey. As a blogger, speaker, and educator, I am dedicated to the advancement of working professionals in business.
