Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing ManishAdda and the services of Manish Sinha. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms for all offerings on manishadda.com — including one-to-one interventions (Pattern Reset™, Pattern Resolution™, Pattern Transformation™, Pattern Mastery™ and Life Mastery™), the Clarity Call, group programmes (3 Days to a Calmer Mind, The Saturday Reset Circle) and digital products (Guided Inner Reflection Audio, workbooks and recordings). By making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

2. Nature of our services

Our sessions and programmes reserve dedicated, personalised time and preparation for you, and our digital products deliver instant access. For these reasons, fees are generally non-refundable once payment has been processed, except as expressly set out in this policy.

3. Cancellation after payment (cooling-off)

If you cancel within 24 hours of making payment and before any session, consultation or Clarity Call has taken place, we will refund your fee less a 10% administrative charge. After 24 hours from payment, fees are non-refundable, subject to Clause 6 (Exceptional Circumstances).

4. Rescheduling one-to-one sessions

Where a session date and time has been confirmed, the following applies based on the notice given before the scheduled slot:

  • 72 hours or more before: one complimentary reschedule to a mutually agreed date.
  • 24 to 72 hours before: one reschedule permitted, subject to a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session value.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or non-attendance (no-show): the fee is forfeited in full; no refund or reschedule is available.

A reschedule is a one-time courtesy extended for genuine reasons. A rescheduled booking is not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstances. Repeated or last-minute reschedule requests may, at our sole discretion, be treated as a cancellation, with fees forfeited.

5. Specific offerings

  • Clarity Call: The Clarity Call fee is adjustable against your chosen programme if you proceed within 7 days of the call. Once the call has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling follows Clause 4.
  • Group programmes (3 Days to a Calmer Mind, The Saturday Reset Circle): Seats are limited and reserved on payment. Fees are non-refundable; however, a one-time transfer to the next available cohort may be granted if requested 72 hours or more before the start date.
  • Digital products (Guided Inner Reflection Audio, workbooks, recordings): Because access is delivered instantly, these are non-refundable once the access or download link has been issued. If access fails and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be made.

6. Exceptional circumstances

In rare cases where Manish Sinha is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund or a suitable alternative arrangement will be offered. Such cases are assessed individually, and the decision of Manish Sinha shall be final. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days to the original mode of payment.

Any dispute relating to payments or refunds will be governed by the jurisdiction clause set out in our Terms & Conditions. Please contact us first so we can resolve your concern directly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately on posting to this website, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
