Identify One Painful Memory to Work On
Choose one memory that still brings pain, sadness, or heaviness when you recall it — a loss, betrayal, heartbreak, or any unresolved event. You don't need to share it. Just know which one you're bringing into the session.

How to Prepare for the Session
Session Guidelines
- Join from a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 60–70 minutes
- Use headphones or earphones — strongly recommended for the guided process
- Lie down or sit in a fully comfortable, relaxed position
- Dim the lights in your room if possible
- Keep a glass of water nearby — drink after the session
- Put your phone on silent / flight mode and enable WiFi
- Do not make any major decisions for 2 hours after the session ends
No prior experience required. Just show up and follow the guidance.
